Kelsey Rember is no stranger to the Wisconsin supper club scene. From Beloit to Stevens Point, Green Bay to Cudahy, and everywhere in between, her love for a great meal easily outweighs the distance to the destination.

What started as a summer of supper club adventures with Dad turned into ideas thrown in a folder of notes, buried among shopping lists, travel plans, and passwords. Years later, the thought resurfaced, transforming into something special.

S is for Shrimp Cocktail, Rember’s first book, began to take shape with the help of her art-loving mom, Tressa Rember, who joined Kelsey as the co-illustrator. Bringing the project to life together has made the book even more meaningful, giving her a story she’ll always be proud to share with her mom. They believe all creators have a responsibility to help make the world a better place. A portion of all book sales will go directly to The ALS Association, an organization close to their hearts.

Kelsey currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin, with her two dogs and an incredibly supportive boyfriend* of 13 years.
